- We may release tables after a 15-minute grace period if not informed of delays.

3. Ordering & Payments

- All prices are listed in local currency and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

- We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and supported digital payments.

- No outside food or drink is allowed on the premises.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

- Dine-in reservations can be canceled up to 4 hours before the reserved time.

- Online/phone orders are non-refundable once prepared or dispatched.

- For billing disputes, please contact us immediately.

5. Offers & Promotions

- Offers are subject to availability and applicable only within valid dates.

- Offers cannot be combined unless stated.

- Dine-in-only offers are not valid for takeaway or delivery.
